Established in 1979 in Mississauga, Ontario, by Moe Shahi, the Company initially offered Heating and Air Conditioning installation and repair services. Founded on the principles of quality and customer satisfaction, the Company quickly developed an outstanding reputation. Under strong family leadership, the Company aggressively expanded both in size as well as scope. In 1992, Ultra Comfort added gas fireplace installation and service to its offerings.

Increasingly acting proactively for customers, Ultra Comfort has also recognized that preventive maintenance, repair, and emergency service are crucial to customer operations. As a result, Ultra Comfort has invested heavily to build a service department. Today Ultra Comfort is a market leader in mechanical service and maintenance.
